Finance tools, built by two people
We build finance tools that have to work.
Kadvern is Konstantin and Sander. We build research dashboards, models and internal systems for family offices, independent asset managers and research boutiques, and listed companies that track a portfolio of holdings. We take on a small number of projects at a time and see each one through from the first sketch to the thing running in production.

01/What we do
- Finance applications
- Web applications for investment and finance work, end to end: interface, data model, deployment. We work in TypeScript, React, Next.js and Postgres.
- Research and portfolio tools
- Equity research dashboards, portfolio monitors, filings and figures in one place. We spend most of the time on what an analyst needs to see and in which order. Every table exports to Excel, so the numbers land where your work already is.
- Working with AI, carefully
- We use language models for reading filings and drafting summaries, with the source next to every output so an analyst can check it. Where a model does not help, we leave it out.
How we handle your data
- —Hosted in the EU, in accounts you own.
- —Your data is not used to train models. Where we call a language model, it runs with zero retention.
- —Only the two of us have access. No subcontractors.
- —NDA before the first call, if you want one.
- —Source code and data are yours at handover.

We are both pursuing our BSc in International Business Administration at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, the German university that produces more start-ups per student than any other.
